Completing your studies in Canada is just the beginning β with the Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP), you can gain valuable Canadian work experience that can open the door to permanent residency.

The Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) is an open work permit that allows international students who have completed a qualifying program at a Designated Learning Institution (DLI) in Canada to work for any employer, anywhere in Canada, for up to 3 years.

Apply within 180 days (6 months) after receiving your final transcript or completion letter
Hold a valid study permit at some point during your program
Ensure your program leads to a degree, diploma, or certificate
